Savoury Systems In-plant Office Case Study
(Modular In-plant Office Installation)

Savoury Systems International asked Grace Material Handling Company to assist them in their relocation to a nearby facility, and in the planning of two modular in-plant buildings. One of the buildings was to be used as a supervisor’s office, the other as a lunch break room.

GMH helped them choose a wall system that would meet with the local township’s codes, as well as their own space requirements. All of this, from planning to installation, needed to be executed within a short period of time.

Approval drawings were quickly completed for the customer and township, with a P.E. stamping from one of our local engineers. GMH provided a high level of personal attention, and assisted the customer in delivering the drawings to the local building engineer’s office.

As soon as Savoury Systems received the approval (the material was already delivered), our professional mechanics installed the two modular in- plant buildings in a few short days, to the satisfaction of the customer.
