We offer various size lifts and capacities for all of your requirements. Our economical Instant Lift provides the most practical and economical solution. It can be purchased at a fraction of the cost of a freight elevator or a lift truck. Although stationary, the Instant Lift can easily be repositioned in the event of any modifications to the building layout. Included with the lift are the interlocks or electromechanical safety locking device installed in the guarding doors to comply with ANSI/ASME B20.1-1996 codes. As an option, we can also supply the required wire partition with the guarding doors that are mechanically locked when the platform is not at the loading position. Choose a unit that can carry loads from 500 pounds to 20,000 pounds.
All lifts are fabricated into self supporting rigid structures comprised of structural steel assemblies that are designed to support the specified load and resist twist and deflection. The hydraulic power unit consists of a direct coupled motor and a submerged pump. Standard components of the power unit include a return filter, solenoid operated lowering valve, pressure relief valve, oil level temperature gauge with isolating valve and a manual valve to lower the platform in the event of a power failure. Installations are provided by our experienced mechanics and technicians.
