Each Cogan mezzanine is engineered to accommodate all sizes and types of buildings (height, load-bearing capacity, etc.). All mezzanine systems are engineered to meet AISC standards and can be designed to support up to 250 pounds per square foot. We utilize ASTM A325 high-strength bolts which offer the industry's strongest and most durable connectivity options.
Our mezzanine products are completely modular and are available in a variety of sizes to accommodate all operational requirements. Lightweight beams facilitate the installation over existing shelving or machinery. Add-on components such as in-plant offices, cabinetry and shelving are easily installed as needs dictate. A Cogan mezzanine is installed completely independent of building walls and its modular components can be simply and quickly dismantled or supplemented as inventory requirements change.
